We also collect data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns through cookies and analytics tools. Vendor accounts additionally provide business name, address, and banking details for payouts.

We use your data to: process and confirm bookings; send booking confirmations, receipts, and itineraries; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; personalise your experience and show relevant recommendations; send marketing communications (where you have opted in); and improve our platform through analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing your information
We share your booking details with the relevant Vendor (hotel or activity provider) to fulfil your reservation. We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and analytics — all bound by confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by Zimbabwean law or a valid legal process.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform so we can improve it. You can control cookie settings in your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain features such as staying logged in or completing a booking.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and financial obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any retention requirements imposed by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. While we work hard to safeguard your information, no system can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children's privacy
