Do I need an account to browse listings?
No. You can browse all hotels, activities, and combos without an account. An account is required to make a booking, save a wishlist, or access your dashboard.
Is it safe to pay on BlessedToursZim?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store raw card details. EcoCash and bank transfers are also available.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, subject to the listing's cancellation policy. Most listings allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Visit your dashboard to manage bookings.
What happens if a Vendor cancels my booking?
If a Vendor cancels, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the listing's policy. We will notify you and initiate the refund within 2 business days.
