Cancellation terms vary by listing. Each hotel, activity, and combo package shows its own cancellation window at checkout and in your booking confirmation. The summary below explains how each category generally works.

Standard cancellation windows

Applies to most listings unless otherwise stated.

Free cancellation
Cancel at least 48 hours before the check-in or activity start time for a full refund with no fees. This window applies to most standard hotel and activity listings.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% is refunded to your original payment method.

Different listing categories may have specific rules.

Hotel stays
Most hotels allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Peak-season bookings (e.g. public holidays, festive season) may require cancellation 7 days in advance. Check the listing for the exact policy.

Safaris & activities
Safari and guided activity operators often require 72 hours'notice due to logistics planning. Activities with limited group sizes may apply stricter policies — always check the listing before booking.

Combo packages
Combos bundle a hotel stay with activities and may include policies from multiple Vendors. Cancelling a combo cancels all components. The most restrictive cancellation window in the bundle applies to the whole booking.

How to cancel

Simple steps to manage your booking.

Via your dashboard
Log in to your account, go to My Bookings, select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions. Eligible refunds are initiated automatically.

If you are unable to cancel online, email support@blessedtourszim.comor WhatsApp us on +263 77 123 4567 with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
Disputes
If a Vendor cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund. If you disagree with a cancellation decision, contact our support team. We will review the case and respond within 3 business days.

Extraordinary circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, BlessedToursZim may offer full refunds or booking credits at its discretion, regardless of the listing's standard policy. Contact support as soon as possible if your trip is affected by such circumstances.
